1. Agreement

By using the AICV website and service (https://aicv.business), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

AICV provides an AI-powered resume and CV builder. You can add experience and skills, generate and tailor resumes, export to PDF, and use job search features. Use of certain features may require an account and credits (purchased via subscription or one-time packs).

3. Account and conduct

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must not use the service for any illegal purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to upload harmful or offensive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are used for resume/CV generation and tailoring as described in the app. Purchases (subscriptions or one-time packs) are subject to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (e.g. as stated at checkout or in the app). Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel in accordance with the instructions we provide.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (e.g. experience, skills, CV text). You grant us a licence to use, store, and process this content to provide the service (e.g. generating resumes, storing versions). We do not use your content for marketing or to train general-purpose AI models unrelated to providing AICV.

6. Intellectual property

AICV's name, logo, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that resumes will pass any particular ATS or result in job offers. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and editing your CV before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if no payment, to the extent permitted by law).

9. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email or in the app.
